My son accidently stepped on his prescription glasses and all of the eye doctors required challenging appointment times or were booked until the following month. My son was about to return to college and I needed glasses quickly. Overnight glasses was a godsend. He not only received his glasses in time for school, but when the prescription was wrong (he's near sighted not far sighted. One could ask why would you give 5 stars to a company who cracked your glasses frames when they replaced the lens of your glasses? I’m really impressed with the business model and my experience with the customer service. It was really easy and quick to get a hold of a live person by the phone and email. Because of this, I was able to ship my glasses out to them a day early. It was a painless process to ship my original frames and they offered a quick turnaround time as promised. I received an email the day after they received my glasses notifying me that my glasses were being worked on. Unfortunately, the frames of my glasses cracked during the process and I was notified quickly of it. In my internet research, I learned that frames made of the plastic, cellulose acetate, are not as durable and more prone to breaking when replacing the lens. I was given the option of choosing one of many frames from their website so that I could have a functional pair of glasses, but I chose a refund instead. OvernightGlasses completely refunded my payment even though they paid for the roundtrip shipping of my frames and they spent the labor and materials to change the lens on my glasses. That is incredibly generous and people need to know that this is how you run your business.
