Well it was quite Ride! The person I talked to on the phone was Alvin and he was BEST!! Because it was bifocals there was a lot involved I thought and Alvin was a pro! When I got my glasses back they did not work out but he was most helpful in giving me a label to send them back and offered me a full refund. There was even a little hiccup with my glasses and it wasn't their fault at all!! Which I thought it was at first it turned out not to be. But Alvin was a trooper through and through! I'm expecting him to call anytime or get an email that they have received their lenses back and I will get a full refund. I would recommend this company to anyone.
