Sphere: Sphere power refers to the refractive correction inside the prescription. If the sphere value is (-) it corrects for near, if the Sphere value is (+) it corrects for far. PL or Plano means 0.00 sphere value.

Cylinder: Positive or negative, Cylinder power refers to the correction strength of the eye astigmatism. If your cylinder value set as PL, SPH or just blank, you don't require this value and can leave it at 0.00.

Axis: Axis is the angle of correction for astigmatism. If you don't have a Cylinder value on your prescription (different then 0.00, PL, SPH or blank) then this field is not required

Add: Add, addition, NV (near vision) refers to an addition power on top of your regular prescription in single vision or the reading portion of your bifocal or progressive lenses.

Well it was quite Ride! The person I talked to on the phone was Alvin and he was BEST!! Because it was bifocals there was a lot involved I thought and Alvin was a pro! When I got my glasses back they did not work out but he was most helpful in giving me a label to send them back and offered me a full refund. There was even a little hiccup with my glasses and it wasn't their fault at all!! Which I thought it was at first it turned out not to be. But Alvin was a trooper through and through! I'm expecting him to call anytime or get an email that they have received their lenses back and I will get a full refund. I would recommend this company to anyone.
